  • Summer Camp Woburn
  • Gymja Warrior is excited to create a summer full of activities and memories with new friends. Our summer camp is designed for boys and girls ages 5-15 from 9am - 3pm . A day at our camp will be divided into awesome activities that include and are not limited to Parkour / Tumbling, Gymja Warrior obstacles and activities. Gymja Warrior campers will be divided up into age groups so that they can progressively learn how to express themselves through movement on our inspired American Ninja Warrior obstacles focusing primarily in improving full body strength in fun, challenging ways while teaching visually exciting and creative moves and techniques found in Gymnastics, Parkour, Tumbling and Rock Climbing.

  • Ninja Warrior Walkin CAMP
  • This age appropriate CAMP is designed to show progress from class to class challenging students with a great combination of obstacle courses primarily focusing on upper and lower body strength development, agility, endurance and creative movement. Campers will be challenged both physically and mentally through all the basic skills and techniques staying highly active during class, engaging in creative drills and games in a fun, safe environment, all while learning important aspects of our philosophy such as overcoming fear, solving problems, setting goals and promoting a high level of physical fitness teaching visually exciting and creative moves to progressively learn how to express themselves through movement on all types of obstacles.

  • Parkour/Flips Walkin CAMPS
  • Our Parkour 2hr Walkin CAMP  will challenge campers both physically and mentally through all the basic skills and techniques found in Parkour. Students will stay highly active during class, engaging in creative drills and games in a fun, safe environment, all while learning important aspects of the Parkour philosophy such as overcoming fear, solving problems, and setting goals. Our Parkour camp will focus on teaching visually exciting and creative moves. Students will progressively learn how to express themselves through movement on all types of obstacles. while learning basics Tumbling awesomeness designated to teach boys and girls acrobatic maneuvers seen in parkour, gymnastics and cheerleading in a safe and fun environment. The students will start with basic maneuvers such as forward and backward rolls, handstands, front and back handsprings, front and back flips, and eventually combining them in to tumbling passes and parkour tricks. As they progress, students will not only learn new and fun acrobatic tricks, they will also overcome the mental blocks involved in learning them.

  • Little Ninjas (3-5yrs old)
  • This age appropriate class is designed to show progress from class to class challenging students with a great combination of obstacle courses and Parkour obstacles primarily focusing on upper and lower body strength development, agility, endurance , mental focus, coordination and creative movement. Students will be challenged both physically and mentally through all the basic skills and techniques found in Parkour staying highly active during class, engaging in creative drills and games in a fun, safe environment, all while learning important aspects of the Parkour philosophy such as overcoming fear, solving problems, setting goals and promoting a high level of physical fitness teaching visually exciting and creative moves to progressively learn how to express themselves through movement on all types of obstacles. ( Although our classes are meant to be age appropriate, students will be able to move up or down their recommended age group depending on their skill level.)
     

  • Young Ninja Warrior 6-10 yrs old
  • This age appropriate class is designed to show progress from class to class challenging students with a great combination of obstacle courses and Parkour obstacles primarily focusing on upper and lower body strength development, agility, endurance , mental focus, coordination and creative movement.   • Tired of constantly lifting weights and want a new fun way to get active and healthy? Then come on out to our Adult sessions! Classes for anyone 18yrs or older, have the option to work on Ninja Warrior obstacles or work on Parkour techniques with our skilled and fun professionals.
