Gymja Warrior Classes

Little Ninjas (3-5yrs) / Young Ninja Warrior (6-10yr) / Rising Ninja Warrior (11-17yrs) / Adult Ninja Warrior

These age appropriate classes are designed to build upper body and core strength as well as balance and coordination through challenging students on a variety of obstacles. Students will be coached in physical and mental techniques that aid them in attaining their goals and promoting successful habits. Members are progressed through basic ninja warrior skills and techniques that form the building blocks to promote efficient movement by engaging in creative drills and games in a fun, safe environment. We make sure our students are staying highly active in these classes to promote physical fitness, but give a variety of progressions for all movements that are taught to accommodate and challenge all skill levels from first timers to experts! 
( *** Although our classes are meant to be age appropriate, students will be able to move up or down their recommended age group depending on their skill level.)

Parkour


Intro to Parkour

Think you may be interested in learning about parkour? Then this is the class for you! In this introductory class students will begin to learn the ideology of parkour as well as the basic skills that are needed to progress safely and efficiently! Our parkour certified instructors will teach proper landing techniques, how to roll out of landings, and the basic vaults that are used to get from point A to point B as efficiently and creatively as possible in a safe and fun environment!

Beginner Parkour

 Here students begin to take the basic skills that are learned in the introductory class and link them together to better understand how to express themselves through the creativity of movement, while increasing their proprioception and kinesthetic awareness. Our certified instructors will help students to build off of the basic techniques into more advanced progressions through fun and exciting drills while learning how to solve problems, set goals, and pushing through failure to attain them! Fundamentals of basic flips such as front and back flips will also be taught to create a smooth transition into intermediate parkour!

Intermediate Parkour

This “invite only” class prepares dedicated students who look to take their learned techniques outside and to different venues, and how to do that safely and efficiently. Through drilling more advanced techniques with our professionals, students begin to master their spatial awareness and conquer more advanced flips and vaults to increase the overall diversity of the students’ skill set.

Tricking 
 
Tricking is an AWESOME training discipline that combine martial arts kicks with flips and twists from gymnastics as well as many dance moves and styles from breakdancing. Our tricking class is designated for boys and girls and aims to achieve aesthetic display of different combination of "tricks". The sport has no rules or regulations . As the student progress, they will learn to connect a wide variety of skills in succession and be given basic tools to help develop their own sense of style and creativity.

Tumbling 
 
Our Tumbling class is designated to teach boys and girls students acrobatic maneuvers seen in parkour, gymnastics and cheerleading in a safe and fun environment. The students will start with basic maneuvers such as forward and backward rolls, handstands, front and back handsprings, front and back flips, and eventually combining them in to tumbling passes and parkour tricks. As they progress, students will not only learn new and fun acrobatic tricks, they will also overcome the mental blocks involved in learning them.

Open Gym*Age Groups: All Ages 

During open gym, you can work on anything you want at your own pace having in mind that safety comes first. All equipment is available to use during open gym with supervision of our Master Sensei’s. Open gym is NOT instructed. We recommend that guests take at least one walk in class to get familiarized with our gym and obstacles prior to jumping in the open gym.
