1. Enter child/participant’s name, age, and information in at the top
2. Create login info for future sign ups and to gain access to our Gymja Warrior app!
3. Please choose your referral type/what you plan to attend!
4. Enter the emergency contact of parent/legal guardian
5. Please read the liability waiver and check the “I Agree” button at the bottom of the page
6. Get excited for your incredible experience at Gymja Warrior!!!

For prospective members with multiple children; once you have created an account, login into our MindBody portal and add your extra children as family members!
